Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the EndpointGuard website and product, operated by NS Software & Consultancy Inc.

The service

EndpointGuard collects software/hardware inventory from Windows devices you enroll with your own enrollment token, and lets authorized users track licenses and issue remote actions to those devices. The Free plan is available for up to 5 devices at no cost; paid plans are billed per device as described on our pricing page.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to install the agent on every device you enroll
• You are responsible for keeping your enrollment token and account credentials confidential
• You must not use remote actions (restart, USB control) in a way that violates local law or the rights of device users

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email to account admins.
