KVKK Disclosure Notice

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), NS Software & Consultancy Inc. acts as data controller.

What the EndpointGuard agent collects

• Installed software, OS, hardware, and license type — no product keys are logged
• Security status (antivirus, firewall, BitLocker on/off), local accounts (account names only)
• Network, runtime and USB history at the device level

What it never collects

Personal file names, browsing history, Wi-Fi passwords, password values or email content. "Blank password" status is read from an OS flag, never by attempting a password.

Software downloads

When you download the EndpointGuard agent or IP Pinger through our download links, we keep a short record of the download: the time, the product and version, the page it came from, your country, a truncated IP address (the last part is removed — the full address is not stored) and your browser information. We use this only for download statistics and to detect abuse (for example automated or repeated downloads). These records are deleted after 90 days.

Program waitlist

If you leave your email on the IT Admin Program page to hear about the next cohort, we keep only that address and your language choice, and use it to send you one email when a new cohort opens. Addresses are deleted 30 days after that email.

Legal basis and your rights

Product data is processed on the basis of the contract with your organization (Article 5). Website form submissions (demo, contact, reseller application) are processed on the basis of explicit consent or legitimate interest in responding to your request.

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK (including access, correction, deletion and objection to processing) by writing to privacy@endpointguard.com.
