EndpointGuard (agent + panel)
The home page now leads with "Know before they ask."; Features gains a "Who it is for" section plus Reports and First sign-in wizard sections, and every screenshot shows the panel in the page’s own language. The top menu stays on one line on wide screens and the page no longer scrolls sideways on phones (375 px).
When there are no devices, groups, support tickets or active notification rules yet, or a report comes back empty, the screen says in one sentence what to do and shows the button for it: Add Device, Create group, New ticket, Reset filters, Turn on offline alerts.
You can close the first sign-in wizard with "Later" and come back to it, or turn it off for good with "Don’t show again".
Organisations that sign up with a program code see their application on the sign-up screen; once approved, six months of Pro are added. Settings → Plan shows the program cohort, end date and permanent discount.
You can open the form only to email addresses on your own domains (up to 10 domains). Optionally, a 6-digit code is sent to the address before the request goes through; the code is valid for 10 minutes and stops working after 3 wrong attempts.
Staff send a request from a company-specific link or QR code without creating an account. The requester follows the ticket and replies through a single-use link sent by email. Email notification for new tickets is on by default.
Rules for device offline, disk full, BitLocker or security turned off, USB storage, new device, batch command finished and IP Pinger target down. Instant or a daily summary at 08:00, with a "resolved" email once the problem clears. PDF reports over 2,000 rows are now prepared in the background and wait for you to download.
The result screen shows what each device reported, reports print status values by name, and Windows 7 machines show the right OS version.
Put devices into groups and send USB off/on, restart or inventory refresh to a group or to devices you select, up to 200 at a time. The confirmation lists the affected devices and the result screen shows the outcome per device.
A panel link opened while signed out (such as "Open in panel" in IP Pinger) returns to the same page after sign-in. Targets that are DNS pools are marked in the IP Pinger list.
The target list shows the pinged IP, the matching device and the IP its agent reports, with a yellow warning when they disagree. IP changes are listed separately on the Events tab.
Accounts in the beta programme see the pre-release channel and a link to the beta portal in Settings.
A ticket list for the IT team with priority, assignment, status, internal notes and attachments. Open a ticket from the device page and, if the device has a RustDesk ID, connect remotely in one click.
The download buttons in "+ Add device" and the IP Pinger link dialog now go through the download counter; the file and the installer are unchanged.
The device filter is a list of device names instead of numbers. A deleted device left in a filter is marked as such.
Software inventory, USB and local administrator reports are grouped under device headings; groups collapse one by one or all at once.
10 ready-made report templates with filters, column choice, sorting and saved reports. Export to CSV, XLSX and PDF (CSV and 3 saved reports on the Free plan).
Added security status, accounts, runtime, network, hardware detail, usage and USB history; automatic attention flags on the dashboard.
Single MSI installer, Group Policy deployment, and automatic recovery; unexpected-stop notifications.
A separate commercial portal for resellers, and the ability for customers to grant their IT provider logged, revocable access.
Track third-party software licenses with expiry dates; give your team role-based access.
Organize devices by person, department, and free-form tags.
Software/hardware changes are recorded automatically; manage USB and AutoRun policies remotely.
Signed, single-use commands for restart and USB control.
EndpointGuard launches with inventory collection, license key visibility, and the device panel.
