Privacy Policy

Data controller: NS Software & Consultancy Inc. ("EndpointGuard", "we").

We process the personal data you provide when you use our website, request a demo, apply to become a reseller, use the product (as a tenant admin/user) or contact support. This includes name, email, phone, company, and — for the product itself — account names and technical inventory of the devices you enroll (see our KVKK notice for what the agent does and does not collect).

What we use your data for

• Responding to demo, sales, support and partnership requests
• Operating your account and the EndpointGuard service
• Sending you service-related emails (invites, security alerts, billing)
• Sending product announcements, only if you opted in

What we never collect

The EndpointGuard agent never collects personal file names, browsing history, Wi-Fi passwords, or password values. Account information from a device is stored as an account name only, never a real name or email address.

Software downloads

When you download the EndpointGuard agent or IP Pinger through our download links, we keep a short record of the download: the time, the product and version, the page it came from, your country, a truncated IP address (the last part is removed — the full address is not stored) and your browser information. We use this only for download statistics and to detect abuse (for example automated or repeated downloads). These records are deleted after 90 days.

Program waitlist

If you leave your email on the IT Admin Program page to hear about the next cohort, we keep only that address and your language choice, and use it to send you one email when a new cohort opens. Addresses are deleted 30 days after that email.

Cookies and analytics

We use Statcounter, a web-traffic analytics service, to understand how this website is used. It sets cookies and may process technical data such as your IP address and the pages you view. It is loaded only if you click "Accept" in the cookie bar; you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Your choice is kept in your browser for 12 months.

The contact and reseller forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that does not use cookies.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time. Requests are handled within 30 days.
